Pineapple Jerk Marinade

We added a little tropical twist of fresh pineapple to our family Jerk marinade recipe. Grandma Icilda used to add Pineapple when we had Jerk which caramelised and added a sticky sweetness.

Use as a marinade for BBQ, Grill or Oven bake.

White Wine Vinegar (69%)], Pineapple (28%), Scotch Bonnets, Mixed Herbs, Spring Onion, Ginger, Pimento, Garlic, Coriander Leaves, Tomato Puree, Brown sugar, Onion, Basil, Mixed Spice, Salt, Black Pepper, Marjoram, [Turmeric], Chilli Powder, Paprika
