Our salt is packed with naturally occurring minerals and vitamins, an umami blanket of wild mushrooms and a curation of dried herbs, to elevate any dish on your table.
We handmake our salt in small batches using mineral-rich pink salt sourced from a salt mine at the foot of the Himalayan mountains, which was an enormous seabed 600 million years ago.
Our Mediterranean herbs are all sourced from London Farmers markets and we grow them in Kensal Rise when possible. We grind our Boletus powder fresh for each batch, sourcing our wild mushrooms from the south-western forests of Poland. Our closing element of soft warmth comes from sun-dried pepperoncino chili flakes and pink peppercorns.
